For those of you that are leaving agitated messages stating there is no update reread the simple dialog carefully. It directs you "see Blog Update". If you follow those instructions you will see that bullet 9 has the pertinent information. That information was up within 5 minutes of SEC posting. Emotion prevents you from seeing elementary information that is right in front of your nose. Even though the information is there and you missed it, what prevented you from going to the SEC website for that NT-10, lazy? Is it easier to complain than work? I don't like to spoon feed.

Why do you have so much contempt for you readers? Your initial instructions were probably confusing, because most of us don't recall that you had a previous blog post titled "Blog Update," so we though blog update meant you had a new posting to your blog. As a concerned ENG employee, I have enjoyed reading you analysis and insight into the recent craziness we have been experiencing. However, the second half of your comment above comes off as very arrogant, disrespectful and unnecessary.

Is ENG at risk of delisting, and are the other firms you've spoken of public? If not, have you heard of any plans?

Response to Anonymous at 5:17pm: Contrary to your judgment I do not have contempt for my readers. I respect the readers for whom I write the blog. The comment applies to whom it says clearly it applies to: “For those of you that are leaving agitated messages…”. Are you leaving agitated commenting messages? If you or anyone else reading the comment are not the ones “leaving agitated messages” it simply does not apply to you.

You are at a disadvantage to judge my comment as you stated being “very arrogant, disrespectful and unnecessary” because you do not know what it was in response to since I have not chosen to publish them. How do you know that those unpublished agitated comments were not very arrogant or disrespectful? Moreover, or how many there were that warranted an appropriate necessary response?

If you missed knowing where the Blog Update is, my apologies. It simply moves down the page as new posts are added until information gets old, then the post is renamed as the new Blog Update appears at the top. Have a good day.

Response to Brent Camden: The NASDAQ has published their requirements publicly. If the bid for a stock is under $1.00 for 30 days then ENG will be notified. If a company listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market fails to meet the minimum bid price requirement for a period of thirty consecutive trading days, it can expect to receive a deficiency notice from NASDAQ. The deficiency notice will identify the listing deficiency and will provide that the company has a period of 180 calendar days during which to regain compliance with the continued listing requirements. In order to regain compliance (if the deficiency is based on the failure to maintain the minimum bid price), the company’s closing bid price must be at or above $1.00 for a minimum of ten consecutive trading days during such period.

There are other requirement: http://www.nasdaq.com/about/nasdaq_listing_req_fees.pdf

No other firms featured in the blog to date are publicly traded. Some may be featured in the future and some may become public someday. Unless a company wants it known they wish to become publicly traded you will not see it here. Thank you for the comment.

Thank you for your prompt response.

I am just learning about the industry and am fascinated by the inner workings of these companies. I stumbled upon your blog while looking for information about one you have not mentioned.

Are you involved in the industry?

In the announcement made by ENGlobal Mike Bryant tendered his resignation on 8/3 but he actually made this announcement to all ENG employees on 7/31 or earlier for some. Why would they state this?
